The dark world of drugs and prostitution is the only way of survival on the Boulevard. Ola (Rae Dawn Chong - Time Runner, The Color Purple, Quest for Fire) has made her own way as an independent hooker. She's never been controlled by any man - not even the seductive pimp Hassan (Lou Diamond Philips - Stand and Deliver, Young Guns II, Shadow of the Wolf), who reigns as drug lord of the Boulevard. Only primal respect for each other's power have kept them from deadly turf wars...until now.
